My Trip to Europe - Flights
Friday, June 6-Saturday June 7
As I mentioned in my previous post, I am taking a trip to Europe for the next week and a half. I will be blogging all the way about my experiences. I will try and write every day, but as there isn’t always free wifi
I will have to upload in bunches when i can.
On Friday morning I woke up and we drove to the Pittsburgh Airport. Me and my mom went in the morning, and my dad picked up my sister up after school. We flew on two planes to Washington Dullas Airport and I had a long time to wait. We arrived in Dullas around 11AM, my sister and dad got there around 3 PM, and our flight to Frankfurt did not leave until 5:30 PM. To pass the time, I listened to some podcasts, read the blogs about WWDC, and video chatted with Jack Moore, http://www.macfever.co.uk and http://www.twitter.com/jackmoore/. For lunch, we had delicious sandwiches from “Potbelly Sandwiches” and we each got a WHOLE PICKLE with our lunch! They were so good we got sandwiches for dinner to take on the plane, because everyone knows airplane food sucks.
Finally our plane arrived. My sister, Caroline, was very excited because this was her first time on a Boeing 747. We were glad because the four of us got the row of 4 across the middle. We ate our delicious sandwiches, and tried to sleep but I couldn’t. Instead I watched 3 excellent movies, and listened to/watched several podcasts. Finally we landed in Frankfurt. From there we cleared customs, then hurried to our plane to Berlin. This was the only one of the 3 flights i slept on. We landed in berlin, got our luggage, and caught a cab to our hotel, the Westin Grand Berlin.
CommentsWell I’m back! and gone again!
Yes, its been way too long, but i am back from the evil world of final exams. I have been so busy these past few weeks its not even funny. And to add insult to injury, i got sick on the last day of school, and stayed so through the next Monday. Then i was deep in the process of planning for what i am doing now. I am currently in the Pittsburgh International Airport on the way to Europe! I am so excited. We are going from Berlin, to Prague, the Vienna, to Salzburg, Kitzbehl, and ending in Munich. I am very excited for the learning opportunities and experiences.
Now when i left you last, I promised you a special announcement, and here it is. I will be participating in a podcast. The International Mac Podcast, the successor to the British Users of Mac Podcast, were founded by Stu Helm and Chris wall. We have a large panel of podcasters and bloggers to put out regular content. While it will start with just one podcast, it will grow with individual podcasts for different countries. With members from the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, and other countries, I can tell this is going to be big. Check it out, at http://impodcast.tv/
Well thats all for now.

Hello all.
Just wanted to drop a little note here in the feed to say that I will not be able to blog for the next while, due to the fact that I am very very busy at school right now. I have several projects for Biology, World History, English, and a large test in Algebra coming up, and I really would like to focus on my schoolwork right now. I promise that in a week or two, I will come back with a new post, and an important announcement. Thanks so much, and stay subscribed. If you want to keep up on what I’m doing, go up to the top of the page, click: Get in Touch, and follow me on Twitter, talk to me on iChat or Skype, or drop me an email!
